The Programmes.
DataDomine offers four distinct engagement types. Each is designed for a specific problem, a specific audience, and a specific moment in a practitioner's career or an organisation's capability journey. Two cohort programmes built around a shared spine project and defended at a capstone. A facilitated workshop format for high-stakes decisions and stuck teams. And a library of single-session intensives for practitioners who need to move on a specific decision or capability now, without a cohort commitment and without waiting for the next budget cycle.
Three questions. One programme.
Are you an individual practitioner, or are you enquiring on behalf of an organisation?
What is your primary role?
What kind of engagement do you need?
Four engagement types.
Every programme is built on the Clarity Point Framework and produces a tangible, defensible output. Select a card to view the full programme detail and tearsheet.
Enterprise AI Architecture Cohort
Most technical programmes teach practitioners what a system can do. This programme teaches how to make the architectural decisions that determine whether it survives production, passes a compliance audit, or holds up under a board review. Participants work across 18 chapters from a single spine project and defend the complete artefact at the capstone.
ML Engineering for Regulated Industries
Models are not systems. This programme teaches how to build the governance layer, the audit trail, the retraining pipeline, and the compliance documentation that make ML models viable in a regulated production environment — finance, healthcare, insurance, supply chain. Not how to train a model. How to build the system that survives the governance board.
Architecture Design Workshop
Not training. Facilitated design. A DataDomine workshop is built for a specific problem — a high-stakes architectural decision approaching fast, a cross-functional team that cannot reach alignment, or a practice that is scaling and needs to know where its capability gaps actually are. The facilitator brings structure and method. The participants bring the real problem. Three formats available depending on the trigger.
Live Intensives
Three hours. One decision. Real working time. Not a webinar — a structured working session with a defined output that participants leave with. Single-topic, open enrolment. No company approval required, no cohort commitment, no prerequisite. Pay and attend. For the practitioner who needs to move on a specific decision or capability now, not at the next budget cycle. Sessions are recorded and made available on demand.
